Although recently replaced as on-screen host of popular celebrity dance show, ‘Dancing with the Stars’. American model Brooke Burke-Charvet continues to be a hot shot with the public as she is this month’s cover model for Health magazine. The Miss America judge took the opportunity in this month’s fitness publication to reveal her secret workout techniques and dieting to maintain that ultra sexy look adored by her fans. The 42 year-old beauty confesses great tips while stepping in front of the lens of Health photographer Cliff Watts throughout the entire piece, answering assortment of popular questions on how she earned the title of one-time hottest woman on film and television:
On her booty burn class:
“I wanted to experiment with real women and see how far I could push them, what works, how their bodies were going to change, what was hard enough, what was too hard. I started out two years ago with a couple of friends who brought a couple of friends, and it became this really great group of women.”
On her intense fitness routines:
“I get twice the workout when I’m teaching. And I love seeing the women support each other and transform. I do it every Sunday faithfully and a couple of days a week if I’m not working.”
On her experience with crazy fad diets:
“I did a lot of them. I used to weigh my food. I used to measure my food. I used to work way too hard at dieting and spend way too much time at the gym.”
Brooke has been a popular face for over a decade among Men’s publication with a lot of that claim being credited to having one of the sexiest bodies in the entertainment business continuously. The Portuguese/French/Irish glamour model appeared in popular men’s magazines such as Maxim, Stuff, Playboy and FHM. In 2007, she was listed as one of Blender’s hottest women of film and TV. The Tucson, Arizona native debuted as the sexy host of popular exotic party travel series Wild On E! In recent assignments, Brooke has been the face of commercial prints such as Coca-Cola, Discover Card, and Anheuser-Busch.
